Pros:The Chapel Hill desk employee was very courteous and friendly. He was careful about checking the car over before I left. The car's electronics included Android Auto, which allowed my phone's functions, including navigation, to be displayed on the car's entertainment screen. Great!!Reviewed Oct 7 2020

Cons:They called and CANCELLED my reservation. Said he had ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES to rent to me. I went immediately back on kayak (and other websites) and saw NUMEROUS listings for vehicles at this EXACT LOCATIONReviewed Nov 8 2019

Pros:Staff at pick up and delivery were awesome. It was very quick on both ends too. The car was great and the perfect size. Loved the Jeep Compass. Drove very smoothly and gas mileage was great. I highly recommend Budget!Cons:I wouldn't change a thing about this rental!Reviewed May 15 2019

Cons:We got there and were informed they couldn’t confirm same day rentals and there was no car for us. We had to book a different car using a different platform from a different location. It was a waste of our time and energy.Reviewed Jun 13 2018

Pros:The man at the counter was friendly.Cons:Difficult to actually find. It is located in the Sheraton. Would have been much easier if that was denoted on the address. The car was in great condition and easy to drive but it was dirty and had a bad smell. Had to drive 12 hours with the window cracked for fresh air.Reviewed Dec 2 2017

Pros:Car was in good condition and tank was full. Nice new car. No cigarette smell. I enjoyed driving it.Cons:Arrived at pickup time and no cars were available. Didn't get a car until an hour and a half later after waiting in the lobby. The agent said she was waiting for a fleet of cars to arrive from the airport and had no idea when they would arrive. Many others with reservations that morning ran into the same problem. We all had to wait for the cars to be returned. Hairy situation! I felt bad for the agent working that day. It wasn't her fault that there were no cars available but we did all have reservations.Reviewed Dec 29 2016
