They did not have the type of car I requested (minivan, I needed the space for luggage), didn't seem bothered by that, and made me feel silly for thinking they would. This was disappointing but in the end they gave me something better (pickup) which met my needs. Overall good outcome but not the best way to make it happen.Reviewed Aug 1 2026

Excellent car at reasonable price. Lot was not very brightly lit, so could not easily examine condition of car at time of rental. Person at counter said car burned regular fuel, but gas cap said car required premium fuel - so, several extra $’s spent on gas.Reviewed Apr 19 2026

Gave me a basic SUV that did not have navigation or satellite radio. Did not have a USB outlet so I went back in and they gave me a converter box but it was very low charge to my phone. Also they had not checked maintenance and car kept telling me to get service soon. Could not use with my phone since it didn't have any extra features.Reviewed Mar 28 2026

Super slow at pick up counter. Didn't have type of car (small SUV) I reserved. Eventually made compact car available; told me it was "a couple upgrades" over what I paid for. Later said it was all they had. Unable to get car with GPS.Reviewed Feb 9 2026

Love the Jeep gladiator, definitely rent again. Pick up and drop off easy. Only disappointment was the tires were in really bad shape. The 11 days I drove it, it rained three days and I slid while putting on the brakes.Reviewed Nov 10 2024

The car needed new windshield wipers and had a weird hesitation at low speeds but was good on the highway.Reviewed Apr 19 2024

Upon getting to the budget counter and begin the rental papers with them, the price went from $149 for the weekend like kayak said to $376. Will never use either kayak or budget ever again.Reviewed Feb 26 2024

Customer service at pick-up was great. However, the vehicle indicated the oil needed to be changed as soon as possible. I have also been charged a refuel fee, which is erroneous.Reviewed Dec 22 2023
