Customer service at pick-up was great. However, the vehicle indicated the oil needed to be changed as soon as possible. I have also been charged a refuel fee, which is erroneous.Reviewed Dec 22 2023

Car windshield leaked and the truck had a horrible rotten egg smell. I called the place I rented it from and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to rectify. The drivers side floor mat was all wet, I parked it on a hill and drained the water and fabreezed the interior, which only somewhat helped. I ended up returning the car early.Reviewed May 11 2022

Pros:Bottom line is the third party insurance I bought through KAYAK was not in the agreement at the airport, nor could I locate it on KAYAK emails or find a contact to answer the simple question if I had coverage on the reservation. I ended up purchasing both policies because I couldn’t find the 3rd party verification. I doubt I will ever buy insurance from KAYAK 3rd party again because of the inability to access help on a simple question when I needed it. Heaven forbid if I ever needed to collect on it.Cons:All chargers should be printed on all documents and you should not have to go on a 20 minute scavenger hunt to find help.Reviewed Dec 7 2020

Pros:The staff in Bentonville was incredibly efficient and helpful. The dropoff in Little Rock was friendly and quick as well. The Toyota Corolla had nice features and excellent on gas mileage.Cons:The interior was dirty. There was a liquid spill around the emergency brake with several large particles of food. I thought about cleaning it for the next person, but honestly it was nasty and not the job of the renter. The cost for a one-way 200 mile trip was too high, but I had no other options.Reviewed Nov 8 2019
