Pros:The staff was great. They got me in and out within minutes. The rental was as good as the higher priced competitor I used the week before and was just over half the price. I rented the car in the middle of a winter storm and they made sure they marked that they were unable to clean it (their water source was frozen solid) so that I was not charged for cleaning.Cons:I was unaware that the engine would stop at to conserve energy. Something that would notify me of that would have been nice. I was worried the whole drive that the vehicle was going to break down. When I mentioned it at drop off they told me that was a fuel saving feature.Reviewed Feb 18 2021

No cars available.Cons:If you book within 24-48 hours of your rental they don't guarantee a car will be available. I showed up at 11am, there was one receptionist and literally 14 people waiting in line ahead of me. I walked out and fortunately was able to get a car at a different rental place.Reviewed Oct 9 2017
