Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transportation. Many also appreciated the breakfast variety and quality. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests noting dirty rooms, dust, and poor housekeeping. Noise was another common complaint, with reports of disturbances from both inside and outside the hotel. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others citing indifference or lack of empathy. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness, noise control, and service are needed.
