Cons: Horible extremely loud bar playing ear shattering music at least 1-2AM EVERY NIGHT! The beds "WORST in the Entire World" 2" pad on foundation like sleeping on CONCRETE! The staff are Excellent especially Junior who speaks English. An excellent clothes tailor shop around the corner if you buy clothes at the Mega Mall or other malls. Bugs too see photo. Slept on 8 pillows as mattress was garbage

Cons: Bar closing too early and breakfast could be a little more flexible hours, especially if you were party the night before.

Pros: The room we were given had a bed as hard as the tile floor and was dated. I was given a different and much better room so was happy. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Pros: The staff was always willing to help and trying to fix the issues.
Cons: During the whole stay had only once hot water. The breakfast room is too small, always crowded, difficult to find a seat availabe. The food of the buffet was good, but it was always empty, and it took too long to put food again. The area is too noisy and the music of the bar is at high volume until 10 PM everyday and can be heard in the entire hotel. This is not good for kids.

Cons: First room the window was broken so it couldn't close. Anyone could have come inside my room as there was an outside area next to my window. Very loud music outside the room. I had to move rooms. Shower is freezing. Frio Check out was annoying as they over charged me.

Cons: Apologies to the staff who where good, i not like to write badly for them but there is no soundproofing in the hotel---NOTHING! I do not want to hear the sexual liaisons of other guests, I do want to listen to them using their toilets and showers, or their conversations. My room had no windows, therefore no daylight. There was ONE tap in the bathroom for cold water, no hot water for washing. A band that starts to play music at 00.30am shows no respect for those who need to rest and sleep

Pros: It is close to where I needed to be. I lived in Bucarmanga for years and this hotel kept me close to what I needed to do. Imporvements have been made including a pool and jaccuzzi. The terrace bar/restaurant still has a great view and has been better equipped with new tables and chairs.
Cons: Breakfast did not start at 6:30, which was a problem for me since I had to be in a taxi at 6:45. The restaurant staff were not very efficient. The entire restaurant was reserved at one point leaving dinner out of the question. The restaurant staff need some training in guest services.
The internet was sporadic, in 21 days it didn't work 5. I have stayed here several times before and it worked fine. They may need to change their carrier.
The noise level could be controlled with better windows.
When the hotel is full, you could wait a long time for the single elevator.

Cons: Only minor complaint is no bedside lamp and only switch for light was by the entrance. Location is next to shopping centre, but a bit of a walk to the centre.
