First off, it does not feel like something you found on booking - it is like visiting your uncle you havent seen for 15 years - not because you would not be close but because he lives too far. This being said, it is really an amazing location with breakfast and all. The owner has a super friendly Bernese mountain dog. FYI, if you decide to walk from Gare du Nord, I must tell you it is really uphill so unless you are up for some cardio, try arriving from another direction. Also some people may not be very comfortable with the neighborhood you walk through but I found it fine.
Good breakfast The house is beautiful, I wish we would have come in spring/summer to enjoy the garden. Nice rooms and spaceous bathrooms.
The rooms were a little cold (we stayed here in february) but an extra heater was provided.
An antique apartment, so wonderful for those who love vintage style furniture. The garden was awesome. Everything friendly and cozy.
Wifi was week some times.
Friendly and cozy place. Very big room, I did not feel I was in a BB, I mostly felt at home.
Great room, spacy and with character!
