Room was nice size, clean etc. It was very quiet at night and I got a great night sleep. Located right next the EC buildings so convenient for my stay.

Nice location close to the parliament
There was an issue that some guests upstairs had drown our room and the water was leaking directly into our bed in the middle of the night. This woke us up. We had to get up early for the bus so this was pretty uncomfortable. We didn’t hear any apology and we had to move in the middle of the night to a different floor and had just few hours for sleep. I would welcome at least some apology.

The rooms for spacious and comfortable as were the pillows and bed. Was nice that you can choose if you want your room cleaned every day or not. For being sustanaible you get a little gift. The receptionists were very nice.
The 20 euro breakfast was a bit overpriced. Many of the items were finished all the four days I went to have breakfast, I always had to ask the lady to fill the cups and trays which she did not do happily. She was running the breakfast alone and I think her workload was too much.
