Great Location
Great location, you could take the train from Midi Station to here for free with your train ticket. Big rooms, comfortable beds, and late check out (2pm) if you're Hilton Rewards member. Great stay in Brussels!
Once the issue of our lousy bed was raised the first morning they gave us a decent room and bed immediately. Our next 2 x nights in this hotel were fine.
The bed in 329 sagged unbelievely badly in the middle and left us both a wreck by morning.
that you walked out the door of the hotel and you were 50 met from train station and the tour buses.the main attraction were also very close by.

The location was excellent and the room was not enormous, but completely renewed. In any case extremely good value for money. The personnel at the bar was very helpful.
Few small details: 1) we asked for a baby-cot, but it was furnished without protections which we asked unsuccessfully, 2) the first morning we were told at the restaurant that the breakfast was not included, which was not the case according to our reservation (probably a bug between the booking.com and the hotel reservation systems as it was fixed the day after after showing our reservation), 3) we informed that the pipes in the bathroom were blocked (the water didn't go out), but nothing happened whilst we were there

Great location, one stop from eurostar terminal. Hotel on the square at the entrance on Brussels central station. Superior rooms small but very cosy x comfortable. Upgraded to larger room to be near to disabled aunt, lovely big room x bathroom but not quite as cosy. Breakfast was included x was excellent. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
We came to celebrate my uncles 75th birthday. It was pouring with rain when we arrived on the Saturday x did not stop. The hotel restaurant was closed x the only place to eat was the hotel bar. I was told no bookings so we all went down at 7.30. We finally got seated x ate at 10pm which was far to late for our relatives. The food was lovely x great value when it finally arrived x the staff were all fantastic.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal for travelers. The rooms were clean and the facilities were wonderful.
When we checked into our room, the internet access was broken and the tv audio feed for the bathroom was also broken. After they realized that it all needed to be repaired, we were required to move to a different room. It did not make for a good first impression, although we really enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The tv internet does not work neaRly as well my laptop. I wish I had used my laptop. Also the price for the high speed connection is very expensive.

I had a "good " rate in comparison with the "off the street" price but this hotel is over priced
