Location in Brooklyn was great but very noisy. Lots of Bars and late night joints around the hotel.
Couldn't have a bath as they didn't have a bath plug, but had a beautiful free standing bath in my bathroom, which is very frustrating.
Clean room, good location, nice view of the city
The staff was not very helpful at breakfast (slow service)
Unique with abundant local character. Reflects the “terroir”. Surrounded by independent, local joints from neighborhood groceries to bars and clubs.
Great room and people at the front desk!
The breakfast was really disappointing I was charged 5 dollars for a piece of toast my coffee cup was chipped You have a great hotel but it was the worst breakfast we had had in 2 weeks in the US
Our room faced the East River with amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. A very cool hotel with a lovely roof terrace. Loved staying in Brooklyn.
Breakfast menu was limited but it wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of options close by. It was quite noisy into the early hours due to the nightclub next door.
The Wythe Hotel features the kind of design that guests will remember for years to come. This is not only due to the fact that it is so unique but also because it is impactful. The exposed brick walls and dark metal-framed windows harken back to a time when industrial fortitude was shaping the country. The sprawling ceilings towering over the heads of guests are a reminder of the lofty architecture that was so big in the early to mid-20th century. With the light that spills in from outside, guests may feel as if they are seated in a shielded grotto, a personal patio, as they look out over the city outside. This is all made possible with large windows of exaggerated size and scope that allow loads of natural light to stream in.
Nearby, guests have access to the Brooklyn Flea, a popular seasonal attraction, and if they wish to venture further into the city, the nearest subway station is less than half a mile away.
The stylish rooms also feature free Wi-Fi to make getting online and planning a day out easier. A particularly helpful feature are heated cement floors inside the rooms that come complete with surround sound systems that connect to the nice size flat screen TVs.
Add to this the artwork that is displayed on the walls, custom-made for the hotel, and the experience gets another level of flavor. The French-style restaurant and the rooftop bar round out what is sure to be a memorable experience for guests of the Wythe Hotel.
