Pros (+) Beautiful, clean hotel. It was a great escape from downtown but close to everything. Not too close to the Subway (5ish blocks away) but Lyft/Citi Bike are super convenient. Staff is amazing and friendly!
Cons (-) Lots of noise from the hallway, doors must be hung wrong.

Pros (+) I had a great experience, the hotel was in a very good location, within minutes to manhattan. A walking place and very near to the NYC public transport. wonderful service, all the staff I interact were very helpful and very professional

Pros (+) The workout facility was pretty awesome. By far the best one I've seen at a hotel! Rooms we a tough small but expected. Everything was great even the people... only had one issue... see below
Cons (-) I was really upset when I booked the room it said free parking and when we got there we had to payou $50 to park over night.

Cons (-) Our room had no phone numbers on it like the front desk I had to use my phone and call the outside number. Had no directory for any place to go to eat. Or anything to do.

Pros (+) Staff friendly, comfy beds with great pillows -- very comfortable, reasonably quiet, EXCELLENT location, great walking distance to everything I needed.
Cons (-) Fake perfume smell was awful--needs to go. Caused me allergy and asthma attacks. Advertised free breakfast - no free breakfast. Toilets didn't flush right.

Pros (+) The price was great as it's newly opened and seeking customers. The staff was juggling a lot of issues, and they maintained professionalism and friendly calm. The decor was modern and comfortable, the location perfect for my visit.
Cons (-) It took 2 calls to the front desk to get the noisy twenty somethings to quiet down in the middle of the night. Generally the walls seemed thin and the doors closed loudly. We had no soap in the shower dispensers, but it was taken care of. The tv system stopped working just when we wanted a little rest... But these issues were handled professionally.
