The price. It was wonderful to spend a night in the centre of Bristol and have breakfast included for such a low price.
There was only one men's and one women's toilet/bathroom for the corridor of several dormitories and no showers on that floor.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and living room facilities are great.
Did not sleep at ALL. Just too noisy. Shower area flooded - very unhygienic. I booked four nights and only stayed one - checked out and went elsewhere.
Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Location is very convenient for city centre.
Noisy, noisy, noisy. Expected lively surroundings but not until 4:30am.
Great location close to the centre of Bristol. Facilities were clean.
There was loud music until late at night (which we already knew about) Perhaps not great value for money
Cheap and comfortable, great location.
Checking in we were asked to leave deposits to cover any damage to the room, we were escorted and told house rules enroute to our room, felt like we were naughty children who were expected to play up... I've never been treated like that ANYWHERE I've stayed before. I realise that younger guests may have been trouble in the past, but for a group of 40 somethings it seemed a bit OTT. Doorstaff on the club downstairs seem to have bypassed any good manners...
