Very clean and safe
Easy parking, clean rooms, great shower and loads of towels.
Noisy door outside our room that led to the stairs, every time it was used it banged. Dark room, seemed very dull.
The standard of the rooms which were excellent
The single machine check-in which always seems to take longer than a normal manned reception and leads to a queue at certain times.
not impressed with the fact you took two payments out of my account and even thou you refunded me straight away, it didnt go into my bank the same day and when i went to use my bank card i couldnt so could not but food or petrol! and you never let me know via email or phone call!!
room was clean
not really a complaint but Starbucks not being open for meals evenings at weekends
No fuss, convenient to motorways and city. Clean and modern
The room was clean and spaciouswith modern facilities i cannot comment on the food as we did eat there!
The door to the bathroom was rather strange as you could see through it !
Power shower was superb. The hotel was in very good condition. Fast check in was very good too. Decor was very modern.
The only minor thing was that there was not a restaurant as such close to the hotel or if there was this was not well advertised. The Starbucks downstairs served snacks (paninis etc) but a proper meal would have been preferred.
Quality of furnishings and en suite facilities. Location excellent
Comfort and all facilities I needed in the room.
Electronic check-in wasn't working so it took me over half an hour to check in, the poor receptionist was struggling with the system. More training needed I think.
The room was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic.
The hotel was in a very deserted area, with only the hotel bar and Starbucks for food. As the hotel bar is closed on Sunday, this would leave a prospective visitor with problems finding dinner without driving. The hotel caters well for travellers with cars, but the walk from the train station was not signposted and confusing.
Yes towels. 2 poor quality bath towels and no Hand Towels!
