I attempted to cancel my reservation more than 24 hours prior to check in and was denied due to some hotel policy that made no sense when they attempted to explain. Will never use this hotel chain again and recommend same to family and friends 👎

Cons (-) General amenities list on their website are not actually included in the cost of the hotel. You ask for the amenities and are not informed that there is a cost associated with the item and it is not listed as an additional cost on the website...then when leaving and asking for the receipt the charged items are not listed.
