Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the lack of staff presence, poor service, and issues with check-in procedures, which often led to frustration and inconvenience. Cleanliness was also a concern for several reviewers, with reports of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds uncomfortable or damaged. However, a number of guests appreciated the hotel's value for price and found the location convenient, especially for short stays or transit. Some positive remarks were made about the automated check-in and free parking, though these were less frequent.
