Pros (+) I always enjoy my stay. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved the soap dispensers they added.
Cons (-) I would add an extra cover to the beds.

Pros (+) Great location for access to shows, dining & other entertainment. Room was nice & very little noise. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Over all very satisfied with this facility.
Cons (-) Front parking involves a lot of steps. During breakfast hours, elevator wait time gets lengthy.

Pros (+) Huge jacuzzi tub in king suite was wonderful. Breakfast is always great. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is our go to place to stay on Branson.

Pros (+) The only good part was the in-room jacuzzi. It seemed new and worked well.
Cons (-) Noisy hallway. Kept waking up to noisy heating/AC unit. Bed was horrible...felt several springs. Towels were torn and odd smelling. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, but old and depressing...needs a remodel. Workout room had only cardio...free weights anyone? Breakfast was awful...rubbery eggs, stale cereal. Just about the worst coffee I've ever had. We also stayed at Chateau on the Lake and Hilton...

Pros (+) Rooms appeared clean. Good access to the rest of Branson.
Cons (-) Elevator situation is horrible. Staff does not police guests so it's frequently loud and overwhelming.

Cons (-) There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms. There was always a long wait to get into an elevator cramped with people. Parking was down a huge hill with tons of stairs. The hot water never stayed on. The warmth would only last a few seconds at a time. Then it would be minutes before it was warm again.
