Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's central location and found it to offer good value for money, with some mentioning friendly staff and clean rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant downsides, such as lack of on-site staff, issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, misleading photos, and poor maintenance. Noise, outdated facilities, and problems with amenities like the pool and gym were also noted. Overall, while the location and price are positives, service and comfort often fell short of expectations.
