Wonderful
Robert, Nov 2022
The staff were helpful and friendly, the facilities were very nice, and I really liked my room. I loved the cold water dispenser next to the ice maker. The only bad thing was that I could never figure out how to walk down the stairs instead of taking the elevator, which is what I usually like to do. I found a staircase, but it took me through employee areas.

When directed to a couple of gentlemen about directions to the ferry. Who’s main job seemed to be transportation….They were pleasant but literally just guessed some info instead of looking at the computer in front of them to help someone from out of town. Needless to say I missed my ferry and that one instance left a bad taste in my mouth from an otherwise considerably amazing good time.

Pros (+) We loved the Westin, as we always stay here wherever we travel. Beds are superb, and atmosphere is always excellent
Cons (-) Fire alarm went off mid day Sunday.. bit of an inconvenience as we just got back from a long walking trip. Was fine though as we were back up in a reasonable amount of time

Pros (+) Staff was fantastic and helpful in every way. Location was great for proximity to airport, and not too far from downtown, if you don't mind a short walk or bus ride.

Cons (-) I was there 3 nights. Very noisy guests the second night - a Friday night - yelling and running up and down my hall from midnight to 2 AM. Maybe a wedding party? Didn't happen the other nights, but was not something I expected at this high-end of a hotel.
