The staff was very helpful and respectfu. They also gave nice information about where to go get food walking distance.
The microwave was in a closet. I had to ask front desk to open the door with key.The need to put microwave in the lobby so we don't have to bother for key.
It's old. Only the lobby is updated. Being old the air conditioning in the room was inefficient. On the highest setting on the wall duality did not cool the room and it was VERY loud. We had room 140 which was above entrance for deliveries. Very loud al
Very disappointed as our room was not made up on our 3rd night. Had to call the desk for a coffee pouch this morning. How could that happen? Toilet seat was loose . Need a wastebasket in the bedroom.
It was in a great location
The air conditioning unit barely cooled the room
Friendly staff - close to Northeastern
Run down, dingy, dated, terrible ac system, no outlets, dark terribly appointed bathroom... so expensive for this experience.
