Pros (+) We had an incident upon arrival, and the staff was all about helping us. The hotel is in a great location for access to everything great about downtown Boston.
Cons (-) The hotel is a basic hotel, no frills. But the staff and location make up for it.

Pros (+) It was a convenient location.
Cons (-) For the price, the hotel was very shabby. It clearly hasn't been rennovated in a long time and was just kind of depressing. For how much they were charging, the hotel should have been much nice. I was disappointed.
