Simple, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood with free Internet access. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but more than enough and I had one dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent. The location is at the outskirts of Bolzano, and a little tricky to find on your own unless you have a detailed map. That said, it's about 30-35 min walk or a 5-10 min bus drive into the old town so not so far as to be considered prohibitively far away. Overall, a great value.

Located on the outskirts of Bolzano, yet you can reach the city centre within half an hour walk, very clean and good food, with free parking space available. I liked this hotel very much, not cheap yet worthed.
