Pros (+) Location and employees are nice.
Cons (-) When I checked in, they failed to tell me that the entire 3rd floor of the hotel was without air conditioning. My two night stay was very uncomfortable as the room was extremely hot. When I approached the manager about this, he said yes there is no AC and sorry you were not told and no other explanation. They were not able to change my room as the hotel was completely sold out.
