Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions about the hotel are mixed. Many guests praise the hotel's location, beautiful views, and some mention spacious, clean rooms. Several reviews highlight friendly and attentive staff, especially at reception and in the restaurant, making stays memorable for some guests. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, language barriers, outdated rooms and facilities, and cleanliness issues in certain areas. Breakfast receives frequent criticism for lack of variety and quality. While some guests enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities, others felt the property was neglected or overpriced for the experience offered.
