Pros (+) Clean, hot water, could plug a USB into the TV, easy check-in/out. When I asked for a couple of extra towels there was no hassle, just , "Sure, here."
Cons (-) Nice if they included wifi with the room - wouldn't cost them any more with so many unlimited plans available
