We didn't have the breakfast. it was expensive
Carpets old and dirty
Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff.
All the staff I came into contact with were extremely helpful and friendly. I had to ask to change rooms and the staff arranged it while I was out so that I arrived to my room with no hassle.
The property could do with a bit of TLC. Although the reception areas, bar and rooms looked really nice there were areas that looked a bit scruffy. I was also concerned that the lifts would break at anytime as they didn’t sound healthy! Also the reason I had to change rooms was because the heating/cooling system in the first room was very loud. The room I got moved into was significantly better and I had a great night’s sleep.
Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean,
Breakfast not included in price.
The most comfy bed ever, even tried to find out the make but couldnt find a label.
