Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating in helping me with my requests! They allowed me to have an early check-in and provided a freezer for me to store my breast milk - all of which I truly appreciate.
Cons: The hotel, the rooms, the carpet, everything were very old and shabby. The walkway lights were so dim, I could not see anything through the peep hole because it was dark. It makes the whole hotel very creepy. Additionally, the staff kept coming to the room to ask if I had laundry - TWO staff within 30 minutes came. At one point, one of the staff came right through my room without knocking or checking if I was inside - I was actually pumping breast milk. She intruded on my privacy - thankfully the staff was a 'she' and not a 'he'. The least hotel staff could do is to always knock or ring the bell and check if guests are inside! I was quiteshocked and angry at what happened - this should not have even happened.

Pros: The comfort in the rooms. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was cleaned on a daily basis.
Cons: The service at the restaurant. There was not enough cutlery and the waitresses did not understand English. The tables were not cleared on time when we were at the table eating.

Cons: I stayed in this Hotel few days. Overall, the stay was not very pleasant. First of all there is some smell all over the hotel. I believe it come from the rugs and carpets that I guess have not been washed in sometime. I changed twice the room during my stay in order to find a room with no smell. Also, the Hotel is not foreigners-friendly in the sense that it is very difficult to find someone that speaks english, including at the reception. The Gym is open only in the afternoon. I was finally let it use but I think it should be normally be made available to all clients. At breakfast, I tried unsuccessfully to get some scrambled eggs. Nobody could understand me. In conclusion, I do not think it is really a 4 star hotel in terms of service, particularly if you do not speak Chinese

Pros: Breakfats was limiting, I follow a vegan diet and found very little that I could eat. Most meals contained animal products (even the boiled rice had egg in it) so there was not much for me to start my day with...
Cons: Lack of vegan options at resteraunt. Was dissappointed to find the menu had changed from my previous visit. I follow a vegan diet and was expecting to find the Indian style food previously enjoyed. Feast currently hosts about 70% seafood, maybe 95% animal product based dishes in total. I found the options very limiting and tired very quickly of roast potatoes and fried greens.

Pros: The breakfast room is a disaster. Full of screaming children, even with a big playroom for children in the middle of the restaurant. I am a business man, not motivated for this kind of screaming during breakfast. I asked if there was other places to go, - but no.....The bath and toilet is so small that you have to go to the toilet sideways. You sit on the toilet with the toilet holder sticking into your body....a huge mistake...maybe fit for small chines, - bur not for a westerner.....I can absolutely not recommend this hotel to business travellers from the west.
