Pros: The staff made th experience incredible. The facilities were very nice and the amenities excellent. The pool and beach are beautiful.
Cons: The rooms need an upgrade as they are a bit dated.

Pros: Even hotel being almost fully booked customers do not disturb each other and place does not seem overcrouded. No laud disturbing parties observed what is good.
Cons: low maintenance of pool equipment; very fair room cleaning. Rooms walls need repainting. Some cosmetic repair required.

Cons: Our check in was complicated as we were asked to pay almost double of the price we were supposed to, then we were informed that breakfast wasn't included, I had to print my confirmation to prove that we were right about price and breakfast. A part from that everything went fine.

Cons: Response time of personnel reception + cancellation policy (if you reserved eg 10 days stay, you have top pay 8 days irrespective of how long you are staying. My advice, just book couple of days in the quit season, see if you like it and then extend stay. Furthermore, they played with the room type depending on the availability...
