Pros: The located close to family and shopping
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Bathroom was a mess and there was no remote for the television.
Cons: did not receive continental breakfast.website said it was offered.no notice about parking fee,or incidentals fee.
Pros: Great place to stay convenient to everything!
Pros: Great location, loved the updated decor. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The room air conditioning unit- no central air. I was surprised at the charging for WiFi- that is not the norm in most hotels anymore. Parking at $19/day in a non-city environment is rather strange.
Pros: Very clean and nice staff
Pros: I liked that they had a pool
Cons: I was not happy with my room. There was someone's hair in the bed and on the pillow almost like they never even changed the sheets from the previous person who stayed there. I just saw that the restaurant was shut down due to cockroach infestation too.
Pros: Its location and helpful friendly staff.
Cons: We could not watch late shows on the rooms TV, it was not working right, lots of channels were not very clear.
Pros: The staff was amazing!
Pros: The room and overall ambience of the hotel
Cons: Charged me for parking when said it was complimentary.
Pros: Everything excellent.
Cons: No comet
Pros: We were able to take the hotel shuttle to the BART station to go into Daly City each day to visit my brother - no parking fees at the BART station and we didn't have to deal with the traffic. The shuttle picked us up quickly each day also.
Cons: paying daily parking fees

Pros: Clean accommodations, excellent free breakfast.
Pros: Location was good for Concord Pavillion
Cons: 1. We asked for non smoking room and it was obvious that there had been smokers; but they did switch our room. 2. The property is obviously run down; our daughter and son-in-laws room had huge stains on the carpet and the beds were very uncomfortable. They also asked for non-smoking room and it smelled like an ash tray.
Pros: Close and convenient to the pavilion.
Cons: No extra mirror for make up in the bathroom.
Cons: Anyone can walk in any time people selling drugs there a lot parties and that the security wasn’t making you secure him going inside a girls room from time to time . And someone came to ask me I I sold drugs I felt unsafe the two night I spent there
Pros: Large TV and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Whirlpool feature in the bathroom was not working that was very disappointing other than that everything was a okay.
Cons: I always book BW when I go somewhere in Canada. The locations and rooms are usually clean and the service is usually good. This property was a motel not a hotel and it was not clear from the images. I was there for four days. I made sure to put the tag for cleaning request on the door for three days in a row. In all three days when I came back nothing had been done in the room and the tag had been change to "do not disturb". I would have fired those lazy cleaners if I was the managers. I had to go and complain to the front desk to get a clean towel after three days.
Pros: breakfast was good, pretty clean,i think what help was we had a great end room with outside window and we was able to park right there.lots of restaurants close by.very close to concord pavilion for concerts.
Cons: bathroom did have dirty walls but over all it was clen.
Pros: I love that I always have a mini fridge and a microwave in my room. The sheets and bed are also extremely comfortable.
Cons: I was happy with everything.
Pros: Very little
Cons: Smelling smoke from cigarettes. A/C was not working. I side looked clean but on the hallway it was dirty. I was surprised having come feom another state was nist given key to my room. Nobody bothered to explain where the room was. So went round searching for the room.
Pros: Barrista Soya milk and bran cereal available as well as wholemeal bread.
Cons: No vegan butter or healthy spreads
Pros: the lobby was closed at 10 pm so I had to check in from a window not acceptable and I have to wait for 20 min.
Pros: A really nice room for the price. Much better than other places i have stayed in the similar price range. Roomy, clean , in room coffee. microwave. fridge, hair dryer and iron . A very good breakfast with lots of choices /variety.
Studio 6 Concord is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops are nearby. San Francisco Bay is 12 miles. Our modern guest rooms include a fully equipped kitchen, a 32 inch LCD TV with AV connection for gaming, data port and free Wi-Fi.
Pros: We needed a place to crash easily with our two cats after moving out of our apartment, and this hotel did its job. It was very cat-friendly and fine. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Parking was easy.
Cons: The location is right on Monument Boulevard, which was loud with traffic, and the bus stopped right outside our window. The overall cleanliless of our unit left a lot to be desired. The floors consistently left my bare feet dirty, and I had to wipe down our bathroom upon arrival (gross). They did not provide shampoo or conditioner (Is this typical of this hotel chain? I am unsure). We even had to ask for a "do not disturb" sign. The hallway smelled like the back of a restaurant's kitchen when we arrived. Very "budget." A friend who came by described the place as "seedy."
Pros: Style, cleaning, staff, rooms
Pros: Nice and clean
Pros: Front desk manager Shiva was very helping and has nice attitude. Free parking facility was very nice and monitored round the clock by CCTV cameras. Although I used rental car most of the time but Concord BART station was near to this hotel and just outside this hotel there was bus stop of County Connection bus which is free during Mon~Fri to reach upto Concord BART station from this hotel.
Cons: Room cleanliness and bedsheets condition were not satisfactory.
Pros: The bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice. The room is large. Great location.
Cons: There is a lot of street noise.
Pros: The staff at the front desk was amazing-he was friendly and attentive
Cons: Fluorescent lights! Chipped paint, loud location
Pros: I loved the two room suite with the kitchenette. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had a cooktop, microwave, dishes and silverware and even a toaster. And the refrigerator was big by motel standards too. My family and I will definitely return!
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like!
Cons: The bed was nothing but springs, awfully uncomfortable. The AC took 12 hours to cool down the room
Pros: The room was clean and large. there was actually a second bedroom, which I did not use. Free parking was a plus.
Cons: The bed pillows were small and not very useful. There was some road noise. I did not eat the free breakfast.
Pros: The young man at the front desk is accomodating and so hospitable. His warm and friendly demeanor is inviting; and he is very helpful. The room itself was up-to-date, spacious and clean. I will definitely return to Studio 6 when in the area.
Cons: It was very little I did not like. However the outside is a bit discouraging. The parking lot and outside appearance could use some cleaning/sprucing up.
Pros: Large room, convenient locstion

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and nice
Cons: That there wasn’t a vending machine with candy
Pros: I like the location
Cons: I’m stuck in elevator 20 minutes
Cons: Room outdated, peeling wall paper, dirty chair and carpet. Had to pay $30 dollars more for an upgraded room that was the same and too high to see the pool even tho I was Paying for poolside
Pros: I don't eat eggs but I have for breakfast was very good
Cons: My stay was beautiful I enjoyed my stay to the fullest
Cons: Comfy bed, clean room. Great breakfast. Loves the bar
Cons: Rooms where a bit rund down.
Pros: Very clean & spacious room.
Cons: Parking is a bit cramped but tolerable
Pros: The staff
Cons: The room that was going to give me it was out in the old building , I asked them to change it to the other side
Pros: Everything was average
Cons: Hotels in general need to have a attending a memorial option/discount.
Pros: The staff were nice.
Cons: They are trying. The hotel has made upgrades to the entrance and the elevators and partially in rooms but my room felt dirty. The floor in the bathroom was cleaned where you walk but not under the vanity. The remote was sticky. The door to my room looked like it had been broken in at some point. It looked so questionable I found myself checking and double checking that the door did indeed lock behind me. If you are traveling for business ask for a room away from the pool. I had a lot of work to do but was unable to because of the fun being had, which was totally what they should be doing. Also the pool is open until 10 pm and the fun spilled just over 10, but I had a 3 AM departure for the airport the next morning which meant by the time I got to sleep I had about 3 hours. Basically, not my favorite hotel stayed.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable pretty clean .
Motel 6 Concord California is located near area restaurants and shops. Several golf courses are within 3 miles. Free Wi-Fi is available in all modern guest rooms.
Pros: Bed and pillows were comfy
Cons: I didn’t like that there were no bath towels, shampoo or coffee pot in the room. Also a used bar of soap in the shower made me think they didn’t clean the tub. Yikes
Pros: It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. There was a lot of parking available and I didn't have to park far from my room. Was able to order food for delivery.
Cons: The staff was on his cell phone (it was on speaker) the entire time I checked in. I got a Non Smoking room that smelled like weed. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There was no way to get shampoo or conditioner. Had to go without it until I could get to a store. There was no door hanger to stop the maids from cleaning my room. I didn't need it or want it.
Pros: Fairly clean room.
Cons: Could not sleep for 2 nights. Parties, people drinking and yelling until 4am. Complained to manager he said he knew who they were and would take care of it... to NO RESOLVE. Manager said he would comp my room for the disturbance. He gave me a 50% discount for one night. I believe this is a common occurrence. Beware if you have kids or need peace and quiet. This is NOT the place to go.
Pros: Didn't know breakfast was offered. Well lit at night when we drove in. Overall, the facilities was well kept. I saw the owners took pride of their place.
Cons: The place needs new towels. Clean but yellowing from overuse. Loose bathroom doorknob and slow flushing toilet.
Pros: Handicap facility in our room was great. Very clean and accommodating.
Cons: Not a thing.
Pros: The person who checked us in was very courteous, we arrived early. He made every effort to get us in quickly. Very little noise and the room was very quiet. This is our second time at this location!
Cons: The AC system is very noisy, but we were very tired not really a bother just annoying.
Cons: there is NO frig, microwave, coffee pot, shampoo and the rooms are VERY small
Cons: no coffeemaker in the room
Pros: Good place to stay for a few days
Pros: Clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was excellent. We left an item in the room after we left and they went and searched and then allowed us to go back in and look for the item. Very accommodating.
Pros: The cable service was great! Great variety of channels
Cons: Very barebones

Pros: Beautiful flowers and trees in the common area.
Pros: The staff was great..room comfortable!
Cons: Bathroom door was very tight to the comode.
Pros: Nice place... pricing was ok
Pros: The best part is the location. Size of the hotel is great, but outdated.
Cons: Restrooms are outdated. Tv remote and all were not at all the best, didnt work. A/C needs to be better for me to stay on personal trip again. No other hotel charges for the parking, this one does, Which before it used to be the charge for valet.
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Hotel overall seemed a bit dirty. Especially going down the stairs. Curtains in room wasn’t the cleanest
Pros: It was quiet, clean, and comfortable!
Cons: Had to pay for parking.
Pros: The breakfast was great!
Cons: Parking fee
Pros: room is large which is nice. Breakfast was pretty solid as well. Staff was being nice too
Cons: As often pictures look pretty but it's one of these typical US hotel / motel which is a bit old. Not that it's uncomfortable but equipment are not good quality, windows are so thin, AC super noisy. Bathroom is ok but no hair dryer. The value for money is not there, at least breakfast was included and it was good.
Pros: Bed was comfy. Bartender made good drinks. Close to Concord Pavilion. Free breakfast buffet was awesome. Real bacon! Early check in.
Cons: Needs updating. New carpet in the lobby definitely.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Pros: Great location, good room, kids love the pool and I love the indoor plants.
Cons: Service at the Restaraunt/Bar at anytime other than breakfast was HORRIBLE. I like to get a cocktail at night while the kids are swimming, but the bar tender was too busy talking to serve me BOTH nights. We also had difficulty getting dessert for the kids
Pros: Rooms are comfortable and clean. I stayed in France and Italy, the customer service was far better here at this hotel. The front desk was kind and helpful. Good location with several eateries across the street and close enough to the Mall and highway. Somewhat secure parking with key access.
Cons: The hall carpets were a bit worn and stained. The hot tub jets didn't work. I discovered there's a $50 a day incidental fee. You get back after they agree. Could take a day or two.

Pros: That the bed was nice and the air conditioning was great.
Cons: We didn't have enough towels in the room and we also found. An odd smell in thr refrigerator and a toe nail in the carpet and a bug by the air conditioning.
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located. It was not too loud and was comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.
Pros: The friendly staff and the excellent room conditions.
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating
Cons: A little dated. Caulking on bathtub needed to be redone. Carpet had burn marks or like chewing gum marks
Pros: Bed was heavenly food was delicious
Pros: Friendliness, great breakfast, location , mini fridge ,microwave, coffeemaker and hairdryer in room !
Pros: The breakfast bar and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The TV was not working because someone unplugged the HDMI connection. The refrigerator had to be unplugged because of a loud 60 cycle hum coming from it. Could not sleep with it plugged in.
Pros: Very close to Concord Pavillion
Pros: Super comfortable beds, pillows! Very clean.
Cons: The parking is pretty limited and awkward.
Pros: Pillows are big and the bed is plush, nice lighting not dark like a lot of hotels. Mini fridge is great, microwave and AC was perfect
Cons: Water pressure
Pros: This place overall was nice and stay in
Cons: The neighbors next door with loud all night long. Just a bunch of kids.
Pros: The staff was pleasant despite my being upset about him charging my card assuming I wouldn't show up. That's about all.
Cons: The manager charged my card before I arrived and said he assumed I wasnt coming and was going to try to book the room for the night anyway. I arrived about 5pm and booked it earlier that same day! When I got to my room I discovered a damp, dirty towel behind a chair, a bottle of massage oil on the top of the closet and the air conditioner looked filthy. In the morning the room next to me was under construction which started at 9am. I work nights so this was not at all ok! I checked out early, the hammering and sawing was unbearable. I got another room for 2 more nights elsewhere.
With a stay at Premier Inns Concord in Concord, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord and Todos Santos Plaza. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Honestly, I was expecting a "motel" but the staff & cleanliness of the room made it higher than that. It was a great price for what we got on our stay. Also, they had night security checking the cars which was nice. I will be using them again.
Pros: Cockroaches and staff did not apologize not one time.
Cons: Cockroaches and staff did not apologize
Cons: Toilet did not work when I arrived. How do use the downstairs toilet
Pros: It was cheap
Cons: It was cheap
Pros: Nothing I want my money back
Cons: I was locked out my room for a hour after the pool then they want to work on it. While we wait
Pros: It was perfect location
Cons: During check in it too far too long for others to get in. We waited 15 mins @night, when it was freezing just to be greeted. There was cigarette burns in the comforters; smelt like smoke (horribly). Walls were way thin. So you could hear EVERYONE and what they were doing. For the $115 bucks. I expected at least a 3 star. This was a 1 star....
Pros: My dog's were able to stay
Cons: Please don't get me started... but if you must...here we go... I stayed there for a total of four nights. And spent a total of 460 something dollars let me remind you when I arrived I had no trash can no trash bag no lights the TV didn't work and later to find out after a few days we had COCKROaCHES !! YES! I said it COCKROACHES!! We stayed the rest of our night and the next day we told them about it they switched us rooms and before I knew it I looked in the bathtub and found four more in our new room!!! I showed the the housekeepers and they told me I could get a refund for my room. I was in the back rooms so BEWARE!!! So if I were you I probably wouldn't stay there although there employees were very kind about the whole thing. They seemed very embarrassed. Another good thing was they accept pets but if you are not a bug person I would not bother staying there.
Pros: That it was next to chilis
Cons: The rooms were dirty. They also didnt have a cot or a portable crib. The front clerk was rude
Cons: There was no breakfast only coffee!
Pros: The location
Cons: There were bugs everywhere
Pros: Staff cleaning the rooms. Very nice!
Cons: Roaches in the restroom. They come out at night.
Cons: MD is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Made this experience absolutely horrible.
With a stay at Americas Best Value Inn Concord, CA in Concord, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord and Markham Regional Arboretum. Featured amenities include laundry facilities, an elevator (lift), and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Toilet running and overflowing. Small old style TV
Cons: Great value, location, and convenience. Friendly staff
Pros: There was really nothing to like about this motel.
Cons: The staff was unfriendly. The only way I could get a room was to allow the motel to charge a $50 damage deposit in addition to the room charge. There was not enough room in the bathroom to change my mind.
Pros: Clean place. Quiet.
Cons: internet. if traveling with kids do not go to this place. Kids will drive you crazy for not having internet. Have to log in every 5 min. and it is running on a 2 or 3 g network. It will just buff forever if there is any connection. Worst place I every been, and I travel at least 2 time a year with my family.
Pros: Arquitectural style
Cons: Absolutely no internet connection - which I needed for next stops. Meager 'breakfast'.
Pros: The location on the highway was good and convenient for traveling through. And the price was good for the area. The room was very nicely kept and clean. The outdoor pool was open, though not heated, so was cool, but acceptable for the time of year. The flat screen tv worked well, as did the HBO channels. The king bed was comfortable.
Cons: The shower head put out a very firm spray which was uncomfortable to use for very long. The air conditioning unit worked well, but didn't have a setting for cooling with the fan on continuously. The unit cycles on and off as cooling is needed, and it was quiet; we like the ones that the fan stays on for background noise. There were no tissues in the room. We requested them at the office, and the attendant said he would bring some to the room, which he never did. Maybe they don't supply them anymore. We could hear the tv from the adjoining room, but it was quiet after 10 pm so didn't bother us.
Pros: Bus stop out front going to BART station
Pros: Great Motel good service
Cons: Wifi didn't work and they didn't inform me before I checked in that the pool was under construction.
