Pros (+) Location and staff were friendly.
Cons (-) Noise of adjacent rooms. Was like a party. Early morning checkout through a security window made me feel unsafe. A checked in guest needing to checkout should be able to access the front lobby.

Cons (-) Everything except staff. So so bad. Picture of exploding plumbing fixtures in disgusting bathtub in gross room with construction debris in room with torture board bedding.

Cons (-) Poorly maintained. Plumbing is atrocious. Bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Old, courtyard style can't compete with modern facilities, including low price alternatives.
