Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's pools and slides, especially for families and children, noting these as the main attractions. The location is also appreciated by several guests. However, there are frequent complaints about the value for money, with many feeling the all-inclusive package is misleading and expensive for what is offered. Service quality, particularly in the restaurant and bar areas, is often criticized, as is the breakfast selection, which some find limited or poorly tailored to non-international guests. Despite some positives, many guests express disappointment with the overall experience, especially given the price.
