Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was nice
Cons: The hotel was fine, exactly what to expect at a Fairfield... just one problem... the top of our toilet lid was cracked but no issues.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness of the property was about it
Cons: When I tried to check in the young lady was on the phone so I patiently waited. She eventually put the personal on hold, asked could she help me, took my name, ran my card & handed me rooms keys. She never once told me a room #, how long the pool area was open, IF they had WiFi & how to connect it, nothing just got BACK on the phone. House keeping came way too early the next morning so I declined & about an hour later they came RIGHT BACK KNOCKING AGAIN! On the day I was supposed to checkout I took my daughter to school just to come back & find house keeping had been in my room & checked me out BEFORE 9 a.m.!!! Worse experience ever!

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: I had to call down to the reception twice during my overnight stay. At one point there was a group of people arguing outside my door for almost an hour at 1 am. The exit door opposite my room was on a hard closer and banged closed all night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed after our wedding along with quite a few of the wedding guests. We got to visit in the morning at the large community table and enjoy a very good breakfast. The bed was comfy and the coffee was good.. Thanks, The Korshes.
Cons: A little noise did travel between the floors and walls more than I would like, but it didn't keep me from sleeping soundly.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: My daughter and I stayed one night for a hockey tournament. We got back from a game at 11pm I turned down the dead to find two drops on blood on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk to request a different room and instead he brought down a fitted sheet for me to change myself and told me to talk to the morning staff about getting a discount. I ended up sharing a bed with my daughter cause I wasn’t going to come close to touching someone else’s blood. I brought my concerned to the front desk in the morning and was only compensated $20. Yep that’s right $20 for someone else’s blood on the sheet. I absolutely couldn’t believe it, seriously the most discussing thing I have experienced at a hotel.
Cons: There was blood on my fitted sheet when I turned down my bed! I was given a new fitted sheet to change myself which I ended up sharing a bed with my daughter and then was only given $20 off my stay.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff where all friendly.
Cons: The eggs where swimming in butter
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded because there wasn’t what we needed for extra beds. Bed was super comfortable.

Pros: Room to small. It was a handicapped room and the picture of it was larger. No bar to hold on to in shower. There was one on outside. No mat etc. in tub and I slipped and fell backwards out of the tub. We told staff. They cleaned everything up but did not put in a bath mat. We asked for one but they did not understand English. So we never got one. We asked for stool that fit in tub and never got one. The one in room two big to fit in and very low and not sturdy. .My back pain is worse. I will never know how much this set me back. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast very good. The housekeeper left our door open one day. We came back and found door ajar . We reported it. Nothing seemed missing. The towels seem very old to me. Not fluffy kind of dingy and the were very sparing with them. They gave us only 2 big towels each day. There was four when we arrived. Staff very friendly. They kept breakfast up real nice. Things were clean the best thing was a great bed and tv worked well!
Cons: No none slip mat in tub. No bar to hold on to in tub and I slipped and fell. Towels dingy and thin. Our door was left open(unlocked) on evening when we returned to room.
6,0 Good
Pros: The cleanliness and the breakfast was very good.
Cons: Not being greeted at check-in upon arrival.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much.
Cons: The room was in terrible shape, had a smell, and the side door to the building didn't actually shut, so it was incredibly unsafe and insecure. I didn't stay the night.
6,3 Good
Pros: Access to interstate
Cons: Towels were old - hand towel had a hole in it from wear. Bathroom was cramped. Room above was noisy footfalls!
7,0 Good
Pros: The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I really like the separate sink when 4 family members need to get ready in one room. We had a comfortable night's rest on the road.
Cons: The shower head is mounted at a level that only works for people shorter than 5'5". The coffee was incredibly terrible. The hotel is a bit shabby, but it was exactly as I expected for the star level.
7,0 Good
Pros: The hotel is right off the highway and close to restaurants and stores. The staff was nice and very helpful. The very limited breakfast was free.
Cons: It looks like it's in dissaray from the outside I was almost scared to go in. I asked if they were under construction and I was told no.So I'm not sure what's going on but it looks terrible. The rooms look nice but like they were cheaply updated.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Cons: The breakfast could be better.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was very convenient to the places we needed to go. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean.
Cons: The only thing we did not like was that the sink was not in the bathroom.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The standard sized rooms are spacious. Dog friendly, with a small field in the rear. Gas and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness and comfort was decent - not great but not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.
Cons: The fixtures could probably use an updating. The faucet in our room leaked at the countertop. The showerhead was very loose at the wall, but didn't leak. The refrigerator made an odd gurgling noise, requiring us to shut it off overnight. The staff said they would address these things immediately. The breakfast was just OK - other Baymont Inn's we've stayed in have been better. Overall, we considered these to be relatively small issues considering the reasonable rate charged.
5,0 Okay
Cons: Sketchy people in the parking lot. A guy smoking something in his car wearing just his underwear. Kind of creepy!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Conveniently located right off the highway. The initial staff member was very kind and allowed us to check in early. He also helped us to change rooms because the first one smelled like an ash tray.
Cons: The first room we walked into smelled like a stale cigarette. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. The shower head has rust on it and the floor grout was very dirty. The ceiling had been haphazardly repaired and then partially painted another color. The tops of the vending machines were thick with dust and the person who checked us out used the excuse “I’m short, so it’s hard to clean up there” The breakfast spread had the usual but was very slim sparse. We were there a few minutes after they opened and there was one apple and 3 bananas. I would not stay here again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet rooms.
Cons: Have less of a scent in the room that we were in. It wasn’t a bad smell, but certainly there was a strong fragrance.

Pros: The quiet and cleanliness
1,0 Poor
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: I had to call down to the reception twice during my overnight stay. At one point there was a group of people arguing outside my door for almost an hour at 1 am. The exit door opposite my room was on a hard closer and banged closed all night.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded because there wasn’t what we needed for extra beds. Bed was super comfortable.
Cons: Found someone else’s flip flop under one of the beds. Bathroom shower kept flooding the bathroom. Breakfast could have been better.
