Pros (+) The front desk and breakfast staff were great. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival.
Cons (-) The lighting in the bathroom was pretty dim. Very hard to apply makeup. The waffle maker at breakfast needed some cleaning. It was nearly impossible to remove a waffle without pulling it into a pile of crumbs. And the breakfast silverware was flimsy. The fork lost 3 tines in the waffle while trying to cut it, which I then had to dig out prior to giving it to my son.
