Breakfast lovely
Actually booked and paid the 2 nights for family members to treat them,and when they went to check out this morning they where charged for the stay,very embarrassing as we had already told them it was on us,so when we heard they had paid we where very disappointed on how this could happen that we where charged twice,rang the hotel this afternoon and they told us the manager will deal with it tomorrow which is also disappointing.how could this mistake happen between yourselfs and the hotel Is quiet disappointing...awaiting to hear back from the hotel sometime tomorrow!!

the noise in this hotel is insane, i could hear the claeaner basicly screaming/moaning about the ordering sheets from the cleaners from 8am onwards while im trying to sleep. twice the cleaner just barged in to my room without even knocking, on my last day i was getting dressed and some woman just opened door and walked in. then said sorry and walked out again. never been in a hote like!!! kids running around at 2am knocking on residnets doors... total joke. a nightmare week

The food, bar, entertainment and staff are first class
I thought £90 for one night should have included breakfast. That was another £25. £118 for one night for 2 people and the shower had no hot water.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was first class. We had an evening meal which was also very good. Hotel in good location for an event we were attending.
It was much more expensive than hotels within 5 miles. We were not given a refurbished room which were available as the hotel was not full. Few maintenance problems in room.
