Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's proximity to the airport, which is convenient for travelers with early or late flights. However, many reviews mention poor cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and inadequate maintenance. Service is frequently described as unprofessional or unhelpful, with issues such as reservation problems, unfriendly staff, and long wait times at check-in. Several guests also feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing unexpected extra charges and disappointing facilities. Overall, while the location is a plus, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.
