Pros (+) Excellent upgrade to club floor facilities.
Cons (-) We were there on a national holiday. Not complaining, as we accepted following offer. Given high occupancy, check in agent offered us a windowless room for first night of two night stay, in exchange for upgrade to club floor amenities (17th floor lounge access including breakfast for both nights). We accepted offer, worked out fine.

Pros (+) Eric from the concierge was awesome and so vital to us completing all of our sight seeing tasks for the trip. He arranged taxi's, helped up purchase tickets for temples and even seeing the great wall of China. He checked in with us to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anymore assistance. He was very polite, caring and of professional. He was outstanding!
Cons (-) Access to the rooftop bar would have been nice to see. We tried to go have drinks and food after a long day but found out you needed to purchase a meal plan with kinda a bumber! So we went down the street to eat. Kinda weird because youd think they would want you to spend money at the hotel.

Pros (+) The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great executive lounge with good breakfast. Very centrally located to get to tourist attractions.
Cons (-) The swimming is in doors and felt like it could use some more fresh air.
