Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it ideal for sightseeing. Many reviewers also appreciate the value for money, especially for budget-conscious travelers. However, there are repeated complaints about the unhelpful and unfriendly staff, hard beds, and cleanliness issues such as dust, bad smells, and dated facilities. While some guests found the hotel quiet and functional, others were disappointed by the lack of comfort and service quality. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, but improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and bed comfort.
