Pros (+) Once you get pass the hutong area (not resort or hotel type neighborhood), the hotel itself is authentic to the Chinese culture. Customer service is beyond excellent! The room and amenities were perfect! The location is central to the subway & everything else! Totally enjoyed the Double Happiness Hotel!
Cons (-) The onsite restaurant menu needs to be worked on. The food was not good and the service was slow.
