Location is reached it's too trouble, desk tell no booing, she ask more charges total we pay two days 776 rmb,

There was nothing to like

1. Breakfast was included with our room.but they denied to provide it. When we told that we have paid for the breakfast the cruel lady at the reciption says us to contact with booking.com and the site will arrange breakfast. They are really very much unprofessional. 2. We have paid 1098 rmb for a business double room. The room they provide was so small and there was no similarity with the photo in thier page. So we requested to provide a bid room as we have paid much than a basic double room. The sick lady again started arguing that they have all the rooms same and there is no room vacant.we say that whats the meaning of then categorising different room on site page. The lady said it didnt make importance that you paid much. We have only room vacant at ground floor.she is a name of acute indecency. 3. Our flight was at 7am and so we request to call a taxi through wechat to come at 5am. Again oh! The lady started saying they dont have this kinda arrangment. However a guy later on come made the taxi booking.
