Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. However, there were recurring complaints about room cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, unexpected fees for parking and deposits, and the lack of complimentary breakfast. Some guests enjoyed the restaurant and shuttle service, but issues with room assignments, outdated facilities, and inconsistent housekeeping were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, several aspects of the stay did not meet expectations.
