Pros (+) The room intself was ok. No issues in there.
Cons (-) Renovations throughout the hotel. Indoor/outdoor pool (the reason for choosing this hotel) was closed due to the renovations, though I didn't notice any work being done in that area. The outdoor pool was dirty, cloudy, and green. The baby pool was full of filth. The towel area for the pools had trash all over and no towels. The grounds were unkept.

Cons (-) The room had roaches and the microwave didn't work. I was charged for two nights when I only reserved one.

Pros (+) The room was very nice the main lobby was exceptionally beautiful. The employees were amazing and very nice ! My husband and I plan on staying here once a week because he works for performance and we travel a lot
