Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the pool, which was often described as clean and enjoyable. Some guests also mentioned the breakfast as a neutral aspect, with mixed experiences. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with reports of unclean rooms, pest issues, and maintenance problems. While the service and amenities like the pool and location were generally well received, improvements in housekeeping and maintenance are needed.

Pros (+) The room intself was ok. No issues in there.
Cons (-) Renovations throughout the hotel. Indoor/outdoor pool (the reason for choosing this hotel) was closed due to the renovations, though I didn't notice any work being done in that area. The outdoor pool was dirty, cloudy, and green. The baby pool was full of filth. The towel area for the pools had trash all over and no towels. The grounds were unkept.
