Pros (+) The room had no carpet, was super clean, great shower, barn sliding doors, microwave, coffee maker, desk, extra outlets for charging all of my electronics. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons (-) None of my requests were honored. Asked for high floor, was put on 3rd floor. Asked for extra pillows. Didn't happen. Etc, etc. There was no acknowledgement they were even requested. Just completely ignored .
