Cons (-) We asked for 2 queen beds and we ended up getting a king with a cot ,which we had to pay for over and above the cost of the room. We were on the same floor as a couple that fought all night in the hallway.Called the front desk and nothing was done .No sleep and a cramped room with the cot,had better. I will not reserve a room through kayak again awful awful experience.
