Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with their stay, citing unfriendly or unprofessional staff, poor breakfast quality and variety, and issues with cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and the pool. The pool was often described as small and not well maintained. However, some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and, in a few cases, the cleanliness of their rooms. A handful of reviews mentioned the hotel as budget-friendly and conveniently located for short stays, but overall, the negatives outweighed the positives for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) We asked for 2 queen beds and we ended up getting a king with a cot ,which we had to pay for over and above the cost of the room. We were on the same floor as a couple that fought all night in the hallway.Called the front desk and nothing was done .No sleep and a cramped room with the cot,had better. I will not reserve a room through kayak again awful awful experience.
Pros (+) Room was nice
Cons (-) Was a large tournament group staying and they filled the halls yelling and screaming till very late and nothing was done about it...
