Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, especially its proximity to the gondola, ski lifts, and local attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and skiing. Breakfast was frequently highlighted as a positive, with many guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, service received notable criticism, particularly regarding the attitude of reception staff and overall helpfulness. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with issues reported in rooms, bathrooms, and spa areas. The pool and spa amenities were mentioned, but some guests found them poorly maintained or not always functional. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out as strengths, service and cleanliness left room for improvement.
