Pros (+) Everything! Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service, high standards, luxurious room, private members floor if you pay extra or already have membership, plus one of the best roof top bars in Bangkok. Great location, right in the centre of everything and near metro and sky train.
Cons (-) Its a very busy area so just make sure you allow a good 1 hour travel to and from the airport and 2 hours if travelling at peak times via car.
