Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, markets, and restaurants. The staff receives positive remarks for being friendly and helpful. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, noting issues such as stains, dust, and pests. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with reports of saggy or uncomfortable mattresses. Opinions on value for price are mixed, with some feeling the hotel is reasonably priced given its location, while others find it overpriced for the condition of the facilities.
