Cons: I called room service and ordered tea for 4. I like strong brewed tea with hot milk. Was disappointed to get 2 pots with 1 teabag in each. Tea was weak and tasted terrible. Because its expensive I complained.

Pros: we were first given a Deluxe room with absolute nothing to look out to but a wall close by. That would be hard for me to live with, so we got another room with a bit more of air looking towards the neighbor tennis court. From that on everything went fine finding out the way around the hotel. And we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the huge atrium with lots of morning sunlight - we enjoyed our stay - even it was just for one night.

Cons: My previous visit was several years ago where this hotel was one of the best. So I had chose this hotel and found an old hotel which probably never been updated. The room, carpet, bed, odors were definitely unpleasant. Room size is big but the bed size and quality were no-no for me.
I didn't use any other facilities except the restaurant where we had a so-so breakfast.

Cons: We went there for a New Year’s celebration. Paid some money for the event only to find out that it was a glamorized kindergarten concert. Very disappointing. The ballroom was decorated like a kindergarten graduation. Clowns, balloons, and all that. I honestly think the theme does not fit the occasion. Half way throughout the event, the kids were already sleeping and crying. We left earlier than 12am because the event bore us to the core. A lot of other people too, even the ones with kids. Because the kids wanted to go to bed.

Pros: Overall staff's service was still fine except for the towel issue which we really find it annoying, occurring on daily basis.... Pls provide a larger tube of toothpaste or serve it separately from the toothbrush. We had our own toothbrush but needed to open up the new toothbrush pack provided by the hotel just for the toothpaste. It's not environmental friendly as everytime we open up the pack for toothpaste we believe the unused toothbrush will be thrown away and they are all plastics which may be hard to recycle.

Cons: Very slow check-in process. I arrived at 5pm but the 6 rooms that I booked were still not ready. Had to wait for more than 1 hour. The breakfast spread was also mediocre and the same for the 4 nights that I was there.Twin rooms were extremely cramped with the addition of extra bed.

Pros: It’s afew minutes walk away from Kings Shopping Center, I opened a restaurant called Wingman there on the 4th floor so it’s very convenient to just take the short walk. Compared to other hotels within a 2km radius of Kings, Golden Flower has a better breakfast buffet, a nice pool area to relax at night and the rooms are ok. Price is also reasonable.

Cons: I booked double room but I got twin room, doesn't really matter. But the AC. It feels like the AC was not working. I was sweating the whole night even though I already set the coldest temp. I like the room but it was a bit dusty here and there especially around the corners. The drainage in the shower not working until I step out and finish my shower then suddenly it worked. Location was actually not bad but the traffic........ I cannot handle it. It's even worse than jakarta.

Cons: The biggest problems are the rooms(and bathrooms). They need to be renovated, plugs don’t work, carpet is dirty, walls have marks, the bathroom is dark(tiles are very old fashion) and things are loose so careful with that shower glass door, it could fall at any moment. I like a good shower but problem is that the glass door doesn’t close properly so water sprays outside, then the shower floor is forever wet after you take a shower because the slope isn’t towards the drain. Even the drainage is slow. This time we stayed in rooms 520 and 521. The hotel has a 4 star rating because it has all the required things to make it a 4 star hotel but it’s more like a 2-3 star hotel. If they renovated all the rooms to a standard 4 star hotel like Sensa hotel, it would be a great place to stay.

Cons: After got in my room and check around, the bathroom was disgusting, the shower leaked, the toilet didn't work, the room smelled so bad, the floor was disgusting too and burned, also there wasn't a safety box as my reservation on booking said. I asked to change my room, the reception was not professional, I had to insisted. After waiting three hours, they gave me a new room, a bit cleaner, but smaller with a poor shower with no warm water. The hotel is seem to be very old and need renovation.

Cons: It was freshly painted so you can smell, the carpet in the room, the bathroom is old. The rooftop bar is overated, it didnt look like bar for me, more like random place, and we had to wait more than 20 mins for our long island tea, just when we fed up and ran to the elevator the waitress told us that our drink is made, I complained that I waited too long and dont fancy drink anymore, but the waitress insist that the drink is ready. I told her that then bring me my drink, it turned out I had to wait more than 5 more minutes in front of the elevator for the drink, just for me to pay it and didnt drink it at all!!
