Pros: Hotel is well maintained, covid protocol is good. Room is spacious with complete amenities.

Cons: Cafes were not open but understandable. Too bad room service also reduced the operational time. Breakfast selection is also reduced, sadly.

Pros: A lot of parking space Excellent taste of cappuccino after breakfast ;-)

Cons: I got room for smoker even though i have booked non smoking room since I can smell cigarettes smoke. Air conditioner got off several times during the night

Pros: The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and particularly love the balcony. The breakfast staffs were very nice.

Cons: Bathroom design is not ok, water splashes everywhere. The room was spacious but looked a bit old. Could use an interior upgrade. The hotel was a bit understaffed

Pros: Room & bed are big, clean and really comfort. Location that attached to ciwalk mall is really an added value.

Cons: Front office staff was not too friendly. Even the room was not clean on daily basis due to covid, but amenities should be provided on daily basis without being asked first.

Pros: Nice location and the breakfeast is delicious.

Cons: The room is very dirty, so many ants in the room and in the wall. The floor is so dirty that my feet turn black. there is a dead fly under the table, and the remote control were dead. The hotel give me another room after i complaint, but the new room is not as clean as other 4 star hotel. I can still feel dust in the floor, table etc.

Cons: The drainage was clogged so that the shower takes longer time because you have to wait for the the water from shower to come out.

Pros: Service was good. Size of the family room is huge. Shower is hot and powerful.

Cons: The ac was not cold at first, but they sent someone to fix it right away. The worst part of our stay was that the walls are not sound proof at all. The first night we have a family next door that had kids screaming and laughing until midnight. We had to knock on the walls to keep reminding them to keep quiet. Oh yes, they heard the knocks too. We were also disappointed with the pool as the outdoor pool was under renovation, so we have to be content with the small indoor pool. The breakfast was 'meh'... Not bad, not good... The second day we skip breakfast to find our own outside the hotel. Coffee tasted funny too. But apart from these, the service was excellent.

Cons: when i got there there’s a problem with the laundry and i get my towels late. Also the parking lot is worst, there re too many car parked at lobby, so when you checked out early it’s difficult to get out from the basement.

Cons: Just a lil details like broken bulbs or led lamp at certain places (above washtafel and abovrle the entrance door room) that need to be changed ,also water heater for drinks that looks it has been used many many times ,can be replaced with the new one

Pros: The location is good. Very strategic, in Setiabudhi area, but quiet enough. So, I can rest from the hustle bustle of Bandung.

Cons: I found that my bathroom door is not in a good condition. The wooden lock system already broken. Include the handle of the door glass. And for the standard of boutique hotel, the television need to be upgraded and provided with good channel. Netflix maybe.

Pros: The hotel is located a bit far from main city of Bandung, it was nice and quiet, the ambience and interior of the hotel are really nice and well decorated especially the lobby and enterence area. The overall place was decorated for you to feel like you are back in early 20th century Well done!

Cons: The room size for deluxe room is a bit small, and the toilet water pressure is low. Aging bath and hand towels, request to be replaced for every 6 months.
