Pros (+) Staff was courteous, close to Walgreens, 7 elev, Pratt st etc
Cons (-) They cleaned the room and not didnt change the sheets, disgusting .had the feel of an old run down hotel , somenrickety old roller chair that was way worn out , the shower stopped up with water and same for the sink. Didnt have extra bath tissue etc, pretty bad hotel , holes in wall etc

Cons (-) The place seems run down and not well taken care of. The shower door was loose, floors are crooked, hotel is very dark the tv remote was very sticky

Pros (+) The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite. The condition of this hotel is poor. Light fixtures broken. Elevator not in proper working order. The bathroom still had shampoo bottles from the last guests on the top ledge in the shower. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were aweful and small and lumpy and old.
Cons (-) The whole place. The staff is very nice.

Pros (+) For the price, the place was clean enough, close walk to the harbor and fine for a few night stay
Cons (-) The facilities weren't great, particularly the hot water was lukewarm at best

Cons (-) No elevator service for my whole 4 days' stay and I stay on the 5th floor No new towel for 3 days The TV remote control is not working and the front desk promised to fixed it but it never return No battery in the thermostat and battery is not available in front desk One card key prepared for two customers None smoking room but cigarette butt on stairwell Strong ammonia smell in stairwell etc
