10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were really really nice! Especially the door man and the receptionist from Croatia! He made the check in process very easy, and kept on asking if we need anything. The place is just beautiful that we cancelled so many places we had to see in Florence just to stay and enjoy the hotel. I wish I could return to this place with someone one day ;)
Cons: Nothing!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great value. Great location. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very nice room!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, room service, breakfast, accommodations, but ask for extra pillows. Also, elevators are super slow, but do not despair as other facilities make up for it. Do not walk with luggage to hotel is the only holdback as streets are tough for luggage. Center to sightseeing. As the saying goes, "do not judge a book by its cover", as this hotel's small corner entrance does not do the interior justice. It is truly a **** hotel. No gimmick.
Cons: Elevator
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Localization, localization. Clean, quiet, comfy room and bed. Nice bathroom. Helpful reception, smiling. Very good breakfast. Awesome small bar upstairs.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location , Location , Location near yo all attraction and all within walking distance Staff
Cons: Parking for 35 € per night Unfortunately was so loud because of the music played until midnight our kid couldn’t sleep will after that we up grade for the suite was ok but bathroom was a disaster Breakfast could be more generous as we in Italy land of food
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are good, free water, bar is good. Breakfast is nice and sitting lounge is cozy. The breakfast staff are hands down some of the most hospital ladies we came across.
Cons: The hotel claims to be wheel chair accessible, the rooms arent ! There are multiple steps between old and the new building. More over the lift in the new building is connected via floor 1 so youd have to go through two lifts if your room is in the new building. The rooms in the new building are worth it though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Near Ponte vecchio
Cons: Center of town
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! Accommodations, location, charm, Comfort, Cleanliness & kind /helpful staff. Just perfect! Plus the amazing quality breakfast! Would stay there again & again!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very close to the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, and Ponte Vecchio. Beautiful room, with lots of luxurious little touches. The view I had was very good. I will forever enjoy the memory of opening my windows to listen to the sounds of Florence below. The rooftop bar was wonderful. The view from the top was great and the service from the bar staff was also top notch. Honestly, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Italy, and the biggest reason why is the staff. The cleaning staff keeps everything looking sharp and tidy. My room was spotless. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with any request I made, helping me find a jewelry shop off Ponte Vecchio, getting taxis for me, making reservations and recommendations, and doing it all with a smile and in a very friendly manner. They are the shining jewel of this establishment.
Cons: The only thing I can think of that wasn't absolutely perfect is the wifi range. In many places, I could only get two bars, but I could get three in many places as well, so this is a minor problem.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Location in central Florence is perfect for exploring the city. Staff is helpful and attentive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was amazing. Rachel at the front desk helped us in every way. The rest of the front desk staff were all fantastic. The upgraded room was deeply thoughtful. I would recommend hotel very highly.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: one of the tastiest hotel breakfast. The most delicious and fresh croissant I have eaten. Fabulous selection of fruits, yohurts, cold meat, and pastries. Coffee was great
Cons: nothing to complain about
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The co operation of the staff and their nice warm friendly attitude. The location is right in the heart of attractions. The facilities are great.
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff makes concessions, treat the guests well
Cons: A completely ordinary hotel, no different from cheaper and more central, the location is not too convenient, the territory is standard. Nothing spatial
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was some sort of a palazzo for some historical figure. Whole experience was different than Rome, rooms were more spacious, and Florence pace of life is much more accomodating than the hustle of Rome. Hotel was clean, spacious and staff were gracious hosts. Look forward to go back to Florence and the same hotel. Lot of eateries and bistros nearby...
Cons: All was well done, cant think of any issues that we didnt like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our first stay at the Relais Santa Croce... we chose it because our previously favoured hotel in Florence has closed. The decor is splendid... it is a former aristocrat's palazzo and the position, just to the east of Santa Croce church and Piazza was both central but just far enough away from the main areas to still be quiet at night. The staff, led by the lovely Flora, we all excellent and very helpful with advice and bookings. The steered us to several neighbourhood restaurants that we all excellent that we would have never found by ourselves. Value for money? My view that while the hotel is not cheap, it is more than worth the price you pay for the excellence of the experience and the staff's dedication to the spirit of hospitality. We will return.
Cons: The two lift system was a little confusing, and some of the armchairs in the magnificent lounge were not very comfortable, although they looked great.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: we've stayed before and it was just as good, A really lovely peaceful oasis 15 mins bus ride from central Florence.
Cons: loved everything
9,6 Excellent
Pros: very nice breafast, location exceptional and room excellent
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The balcony room which we stayed was fantastic. A large space complete with table and chairs and a 2 seater sofa, and the views over Florence and the hotel pool were amazing. The room was large with a separate living room with kitchen, containing a hob, sink, fridge, dishwasher, dinner service and a nespresso coffee machine (50 cents per pod). The bedroom was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a large comfy bed and this led onto the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The shower wasn't the best, space and pressure wise, but the view out of the window made up for that. You also get the use of a mobile phone to use the internet and make phone calls whilst you're staying there, something I've never seen before and a great touch. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with a good selection of meats, cheeses, pastries and cereal and you could have eggs cooked to order. We had an evening meal twice and both times the food was great, the wine we chose also great and reasonably priced. Lastly all the staff we met were friendly and approachable and we'd definitely stay here again.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our 5 nights at Eden Rock Resort. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and provided more than we needed. The hotel has a nice pool though too cold while we we there last week. In the summer it should be perfect. The breakfast was plenty with fresh baked omelts or other variantions. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and had a nice truffle pasta and wine in the restautant. There is a busstop right outside the hotel for when you return from the city. Going to the city you had to walk 800m alongside a road or the hotel would provide a drop off. The bus is perfect to visit Florence, it costs just €1,50 which you can pay with creditcard (nfc) and has a 20min schedule so just a short wait. So if you like the busy city during the day but want to relax at night Eden Rock is the place for you.
Cons: Situated on a mountainside the entrance/exit is steep and visibility of oncomming traffic was somewhat hard. The garage parking was not included in the price of the stay. I might have overlooked that at the moment of booking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Immensely accommodating staff, impeccable views, and quiet, serene and relaxing environment. Would come back and stay anytime. Could not speak highly enough about this place
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service! Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is stunning and the facilities are perfect. We would definitely recommend this place... :-)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved our spacious apartment and terrace with amazing views of Florence. We loved being a short distance away because we got away from the really busy pace of the centre of the city. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, including dropping down at the bilus stop for the short trip into the city centre.
Cons: Dining room lacked a bit of atmosphere.
5,8 Okay
Pros: It was clean and had good views.
Cons: The service was definitely not up to par with the premium charged. The shower was weak, the breakfast was mediocre, they charge extra €12 for room service despite already charging a high premium for the room rate. They also charge €0.50 to use the coffee machine in your room which I’ve never had a hotel charge for coffee before. I was served my coffee in a dirty unwashed cup that had lipstick marks on and the staff didn’t even seem that apologetic. Won’t be staying here again when in Florence.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view and hospitality.

Pros: Rooms were nice, clean, warm, spacious, all required facilities, though a bit worn out. The hotel is opposite to Piazzale Michelangelo , close to Uffizi Gallery. We walked to the center. Breakfast is very good.
Cons: The tap water in Florence is very harsh, make sure to have some lotion to put on after shower
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The balcony in our room with a great view of florence! Amazing!
Cons: Its faultless!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful old hotel close to all the main attractions of Florence. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were really comfortable. There is a gorgeous rooftop area and pool which houses a bar and live music over summer but understandably this was closed over winter - I would love to come back over warmer months to check this out! The breakfast was particularly good too.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location , cleanliness, staff!
Cons: Room was very small , bed very hard, I was told this was smaller room for our room type sorry. I truly believe that they do not give priority to guests for rooms of you do not book directly on their website. The location is Great!!!!!
7,7 Good
Pros: Our room faced the river m, such a beautiful view. The room was nice & very clean. The concierge recommended some excellent restaurants.
Cons: The street noise is loud at night, so either ask for a quiet room some where or bring ear plugs. The staff working the breakfast each morning could be a lot more friendly.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Second time staying in this hotel and it was decent. Cleaning service was quite poor this time- during our 5 day stay. our shampoos / soaps/ cotton buds were never refilled.. also staffs seemed a bit indifferent with helping you (we carried all our 4 luggage ourselves when we arrived at the hotel cause no one was there to help)

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had booked in for one night for our honeymoon and from arrival, everything about this hotel was amazing. The valet car parking saved us having to negotiate the streets of Florence to find a car park. The greeting from the manager and his colleagues was so welcoming and we felt very comfortable immediately. Check in was seamless and everything was explained to us in detail. The location for exploring the city was outstanding, with a few attractions only minutes walk away. We had opted for a junior suite that came with its own mobile smart phone for use out and about to save our data. Also included was a shuttle service to the nearby pools up in the hillside- only 15 minutes away, we can highly recommend booking a time slot and taking a few hours out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Flip flops and towels included! We didnt get a chance to use the onsite spa facilities, but they looked very good and the treatments at a reasonable price. The room itself was spectacular- clean, cool and very luxurious with one of the most comfortable beds ever. It was quiet and felt a world away from the busy streets. We decided to take breakfast in our room the next morning to make the most of it! We had cocktails in the bar in the evening that were very well made and delicious- the lovely bar tender, Don, was very friendly and chatty, despite my Italian not being great! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning soon, as one night was not enough!
9,6 Excellent

Pros: This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence. It is steps away from the Duomo, but tucked away so that it is quiet and seems to be off the beaten path...perfect location! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive. The lobby is very comfortable, lots of attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, with many options.....something for everyone. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will return. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Lovely staff, very welcoming, they were super polite and helpful, I went to do some laundry, and I had no idea how much laundry I gave them, but they still managed to count it all correctly, despite the fact I should have filled out the form prior with how much laundry I gave them, but I was a bit of an oaf, and didn't read properly, but they all were super nice about it. Facilities were always clean. The spa was fantastic after a long day out with lots of walking, and the quality of the aesthetic was top notch also. Everything was generally perfect. Additionally, cash was an acceptable payment which was amazing as a tourist. Less places are taking cash these days, and for some tourists this can difficult.

9,1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Cosy. It reflects Florence at its best. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the area, restaurants, shows. We had a great time.
Cons: Our only complaint is Florence is a noisy city at night and that requieres windows that are soundproof. If they change this, its a 5 star for us.

Pros: The location was good although we were struggling to arrive to the hotel by the car because of the closing roads at that time.
Cons: The behaviour of the receptionist when we arrive. No flexibilty in changing the check out date. The type of rooms and the colors along with the way of the furniture organized are very depressing.

5,4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast is excellent, with a very large dining area and lots of selections. The location is also very good, with easy access to the Duomo.
Cons: The rooms are tiny by any standard, with so little room between the beds and the walls that you can barely walk beside them. There is no room for a bidet in the minuscule bathroom, and the shower is so small that I had to open the door to be able to wash myself (and I'm not a large person). Rather than being an elegant hotel, it is a strange mix of some contemporary elements atop an old hotel that is in disrepair. The service is also rude and unhelpful. I couldn't wait to leave and will never stay there again.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Service quality in general, front office particularly helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet had great variety and high quality. Juice bar unique! Suitable for alternative diets Room service very thorough.
Cons: Could be more attentive to sustainability aspects, such as easier to turn down temperature, not replacing towels and soaps every day.

Cons: Room temperature was high. Underfloor heating was set high.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is truly in the heart of all the main sites in Florence. Charming area with many excellent restaurants right there. It is just big enough to provide good services. My husband enjoyed the gym, they offered to get a massage for him within a half hour when he pulled a muscle and even sent someone to the pharmacy for a hot water bottle for him. The breakfast buffet has everything imaginable, it’s super modern and clean . Highly recommend !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, large rooms. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding Service. Particularly Concierge (Sergio) and Front Desk. Moderately satisfactory gym on site Very good buffet breakfast and great service. Sound of the chimes of Duomo Great sound proof windows which could be opened if desired
Cons: Location too busy for us. Right in the very middle of heavy tourist area. Some people like that, we don't. Small room but that is standard in European city. However, shower was so small that it was almost impossible to maneuver.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional service- my room was ready at 12:30, early check-in, you can meet the owner at the reception desk and all his collegues offered the highest service. Quite big room, comfortable bed. 15min walking to the Duomo, 10min to the central station. Ideal location. Real Italian breakfast in an art room. Very nice experience in Florence.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fabulous! Made you feel like a VIP. Rooms were small, but charming and so comfortable. One outlet was universal, so we could charge more devices without multiple adapters. Great breakfast and tea in the afternoon. Only 10-15 min from the sights. Has an elevator, so it's also good for tired legs at the end of a long day or family travel or elderly travel. Decent hair drier which is good to know since many hotels don't have very good ones.
Cons: These suggestions not a criticism of the hotel. Rather a few notes for potential travelers. Most hotels in the area seem to have shampoo, but not conditioner. Also be prepared for small (but very very good!) cups of coffee.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: First accomodation where we didnt miss something. Everyrhing was perfect ( breakfast perfect, room perfect, bed perfect, cleaning perfect, servis perfect ). I can only recomend to all of you to choose this hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location was convenient to local attractions.
Cons: Based on the reviews I read I was expecting the service to be exceptional. I was not impressed by the front desk staff but the gentleman who assisted in taking our bags to the room was very kind and helpful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great, and friendly. A place that made you feel welcome. Hotel Rapallo does extra little things like chocolates in the lift, free tea coffee and cakes every afternoon- evening; even a free toothbrush that makes your stay special. Place was modern and clean. Good location close to the market and town centre. Great breakfast. And it's in the lovely city of Florence/Firenze.
Cons: Nothing,

10,0 Excellent
Pros: 1. Walking distance from the main train station and major sites, yet much quieter location than near Duomo. Had no problems with noise at all. 2. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The same goes for all other staff members we interacted with. 3. Room size was fine and tue bed/mattress was perfect for us ( it's on the firmer side). 4. Plumbing was fine with shower pressure strong and stable. 5. A number of busses stop right in front of the hotel and can take you anyway in the city, including the train station, if you don't feel like walking. It's literary 1-2 stops.
Cons: Well, there is not really anything we did not like.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Big, clean rooms with lots of character. Good breakfast and really helpful staff.
