Location is superb on a busy part of Baga Road yet tranquil feel in the hotel. The breakfast was good. Nice pool area. Good shower
Our room directly faced another room with another room above looking down. Didn’t feel there was enough privacy and spent most time in the room with curtains closed. Also outside the door was a seating area where sometimes noise came from and often rubbish collected (eg empty beer bottles)

Rooms are very small, Bed is also not good. staff behavior at the time of checking was not good. Room rate 5200 for single night not a worth. Breakfast was also not upto mark.
