Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent and varied breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and peaceful, well-maintained location with beautiful garden views. Many appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. However, several guests reported negative experiences with the management, citing rude or discriminatory behavior, especially regarding breakfast seating and treatment of regular versus new guests. The lack of air conditioning was also a common concern during hot weather. Overall, the positives of breakfast, service, and location stood out, but some service issues detracted from the experience for a few guests.
