Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's pool, spa, and wellness facilities, as well as the comfort of the beds in several rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and reported poor or slow service, especially during breakfast and in general staff interactions. Breakfast itself was generally considered adequate, though often chaotic or poorly replenished. While the pool and wellness areas were standout positives, the hotel was also criticized for being outdated, with maintenance issues and insufficient parking. Overall, the pool and comfortable beds were the most consistently appreciated aspects.
